The Leader’s Model

LEADER Framework in Action
L = Let's Work Out (ร่างกายสมบูรณ์)
In Action : Regular physical exercise and health routines become part of your daily schedule. This includes setting aside time for workouts, maintaining proper nutrition, getting adequate sleep, and monitoring overall physical well-being. A leader might start their day with a morning workout, choose nutritious meals, take walking meetings, and ensure they maintain energy throughout demanding days.

E = Enhance Wisdom (เพิ่มพูนปัญญา)
In Action : Continuously seeking knowledge through reading, learning from experiences, engaging with diverse perspectives, and reflecting on lessons learned. This might involve dedicating time to read industry publications, attending conferences, participating in mastermind groups, or maintaining a learning journal to document insights and growth opportunities.

A = Advance Emotion practice (อารมณ์ก้าวหน้า)
In Action : Developing emotional intelligence by practicing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empathy. This includes recognizing your emotional triggers, responding rather than reacting in challenging situations, actively listening to team members, and creating psychologically safe environments where emotions can be expressed constructively. A leader might practice mindfulness meditation, seek feedback on their emotional impact, or coach team members through emotional challenges.

D = Disciplinary (วินัยเข้มแข็ง)
In Action : Demonstrating consistency and commitment to principles, processes, and promises. This involves creating and maintaining routines, following through on commitments, setting clear boundaries, and holding yourself and others accountable. A disciplined leader arrives prepared for meetings, honors deadlines, maintains organized systems, and models the standards they expect from others.

E = Educational full filled (วิชาการพร้อมแข่ง)
In Action : Applying formal and informal learning to real-world challenges and staying competitively relevant. This includes transferring academic knowledge to practical situations, participating in continuous professional development, mentoring others, and contributing to knowledge creation in your field. An educationally fulfilled leader might implement evidence-based practices, share valuable resources with their team, or engage in action research to solve organizational problems.

R = Rely on Moral (รู้คุณค่าคุณธรรม)
In Action : Making decisions with integrity and ethical considerations at the forefront. This involves establishing clear values, considering the ethical implications of choices, standing firm on principles even when difficult, and creating a culture of ethical behavior. A morally grounded leader might refuse opportunities that compromise values, acknowledge mistakes openly, ensure fair treatment of all team members, and champion ethical considerations in strategic planning.
